How are items in the box selected?

The items in the box are hand-selected by our decided team based on your style profile. Each box contains a mix of neckpieces, earrings, bracelets, rings, toe rings, anklets, scarf, and a surprise gift.

 

How can I update my shipping address?

Login into your account and update your information! Please update your shipping address before the 1st of each month to ensure your box arrives to the correct address.

 

Can I give these boxes as a gift?

Yes, there are three different subscription options for gifts. You can purchase a 1 month, 3 month or 6 month subscription package. This package does not auto-renew.

 

Can I add personalized message on the gift box?

Yes, send us a mail at contact@ticaratown.com with your message or any other request; we would love to be a part of your happiness.

 

 

I have a promo code how do I use it?

You may enter your promo code during checkout. 

 

Returns

We cannot take back merchandise, unless it arrives damaged, in which case you can email us at contact@ticaratown.com within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days. If you receive a piece that is not quite your style, we recommend that you gift it to someone who will love it – your mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher or colleague. I would like to order more than one subscription. How can I do this?

Each order has to be placed individually so that you can enter the name and address for each subscription. You can have as many subscriptions and gifts on your account as you would like, but will have to order and checkout each one separately.
