Combining the unmatched beauty of women with a sense of artistry and aesthetic that was born in India and has been shaped by influence from different culture around the world, Ticara Town started an e-store in 2022 with the vision that it will be a one-stop store for you and your loved ones where you find unique, classic and culturally enriched apparels, fashion jewelry, accessories and cherishable gifting solution for all age groups and occasions.

Meet the Founders
Kanchan
Kanchan is from Delhi. A commerce graduate, she began her professional career working in the finance sector. During her stint, she had come across various NGO’s which helped in the inception of her start up as she strongly believes that the artisans from rural India, be it in jewellery making or handloom not only helps in nation building but also acts as a catalyst in the textile and craft ecosystem of the country. In 2022, she founded Ticara Town with the vision to bring the Indian culture rooted in rural India to the urban cities and to the world.
Kanika
From a doting daughter to a caring mother, and a passionate teacher, she ticks so many boxes yet the dream of being an entrepreneur never rested. Her talents cannot be contained therefore in 2022, she co-founded Ticara Town. With expertise in sales and business development, she meets and encourages the artisans across the country and work with them to bring all the classy and exclusive handmade jewellery and apparels to you.
