We are glad to inform you that Ticara Town now ships outside India. We ship to almost every country across the globe.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping Charges as applicable as per the weight of the products in your order will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. Failing to do so will return the order back to our warehouse and we will not be able to refund the shipping charges and also deduct the charges for shipping from your country to our warehouse.

ORDER DISPATCH

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-5 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you of the reason for the same.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and ID with which you can track your order. You are welcome to contact us regarding the status and tracking of your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

International Orders generally takes about 10-15 business days from the day the order has been shipped by us and the country of destination. However, it might take longer due to custom clearance formalities, post office formalities and other procedures depending on your country's customs process.

PAYMENT METHOD

We do not offer Cash on Delivery on International Orders. You can pay via all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our International payment gateway at the time of checkout. Final payment to be made will be visible in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. The exchange rate of your currency will be applied by your bank as applicable while the time of placing the order. Duties and taxes are not included.
